Public hearings shall be held on an as needed bases.                                                                                          All public hearings shall be held at the Chaves County Administrative Building, #1 St. Mary's Place, Roswell NM 88201

Members

Membership consists of two Roswell City Councilors (Will Cavin and Ed Heldenbrand) and three Board of Commissioners (Richard C. Taylor, Herbert "Hub" Corn, and Cliff Waide).

Overview

The Authority considers and acts on all amendments to the Roswell-Chaves County Extraterritorial Zoning Ordinance No.80-1 and appeals to the Roswell-Chaves County ETZ Commission's decisions.
